Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS FOR A CLEANER TOMORROW

STP SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Our Sewage Treatment Plants are designed to treat domestic sewage and produce high-quality treated water suitable for reuse or safe discharge into the environment. Built with advanced technology and proven processes, our STPs ensure compliance with stringent environmental norms with optimum efficiency and minimal operating cost.

OUR SOLUTION

Our Sewage Treatment Solutions

OVERVIEW

An STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) is an engineered system that treats wastewater generated from residential, commercial and institutional sources. It removes pollutants, reduces BOD, COD, TSS and pathogens to produce treated water that can be safely reused or discharged.

Our STPs are compact, energy-efficient and designed for easy operation and maintenance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The STP works on a combination of physical, biological and chemical processes to remove contaminants.
• Primary Treatment – Removes suspended solids and scum
• Secondary Treatment – Biological process decomposes organic matter
• Tertiary Treatment – Polishing process to remove nutrients and pathogens

ADVANTAGES

• High treatment efficiency
• Compact design – requires less space
• Low energy consumption
• Fully automatic operation
• Low sludge production
• Compliant with CPCB / SPCB norms
• Treated water suitable for reuse
• Long service life with minimal maintenance

CAPACITY RANGE

10 KLD to 5 MLD (Customizable as per requirement)

APPLICATIONS

Housing Societies, Hotels, Hospitals, Institutions, Commercial Complexes, Industries, Township Projects, Government Buildings

COMPLIANCE

Designed as per CPCB/SPCB guidelines and meet NGT discharge norms

TREATED WATER USE

Flushing, Gardening, Cooling, Construction, Groundwater Recharge
